RMG Sales Manager
As RMG's powerful new product, Reverse Layaway, continues its rapid early-stage growth, we are looking to fill the position of Sales Manager to assist us with the recruiting, training, and supervision of our outside sales force. The duties are simple and a firm foundation has been laid. We're looking for a real veteran who can handle (and can set) a fast pace and evolve through fast growth. We're looking for someone who can go out in the field and close deals all day long (and you will be asked to demonstrate that) but your ability to attract, train, and retain quality salespeople is an even higher level that your careeer has lifted you towards. If you are excited by the idea of working closely with the founders of a cutting-edge technology marketing firm, growing a national sales team quickly, opening support offices nationwide, and being very well compensated for contributing to the success of the organization, then get in touch with us and tell us about yourself. RMG Sr. Sales Consultant
RMG's main product, Reverse Layaway, has incredible demand in today's marketplace for one reason: it works. It makes businesses more money than it costs, plain and simple, and it's an easy case to make to any business owner with even the most modest intellect. (Ahem).
RMG is seeking talented, experienced salespeople to run leads and generate their own leads. We can certainly offer a "No Cold Calling" type of relationship when you just run our leads, but if you use your own personal network to close more deals, we're probably gonna like you more. We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes it really IS who you know.
We are a salesperson's dream organization for a number of reasons, but here's a good list: as an Independent Contractor you set your own hours (unless you want our leads, of course), can work anywhere in the country, get to work with an organization that "gets" technology and uses it at every opportunity to make everyone's job easier, receive assistance in closing your deals, cool parties, weekly paychecks, a laid back but very focused atmosphere, in-the-field training if you need it (mentoring), and, of course, the cherry on top: a fat paycheck. How fat? The typical deal takes 60-90 minutes and earns you $500-$750+ when all is said and done. Knocking out 2 or 3 deals a week isn't tough for a pro, either. 10-store chain? You can do the math. Honestly, we don't believe there's a better opportunity ON THE PLANET for a solid salesperson today. There are people doing 10 deals a week at the high end. Again, you can do the math. Not only are you backed by a Multi-Billion-Dollar Nationwide Banking Giant, but your products REALLY HELP BUSINESSES MAKE MORE MONEY, and that's important--especially today! RMG Appointment Setters
RMG is seeking solid, confident, intelligent phone sales people to reach out to business owners, pique their interest, and set a time for one of our Sales Monsters to show up and get the deal done. It's a 30-second conversation. You need to be trainable and have a desire to make a good living. If you are afraid of the phone you won't last long. Lots of calls makes you lots of money--we want people that want that. Our system allows you to work from home. Training will be provided in-house and we have the technology to make your job very easy--you simply need to play your part on the phone. This is a fun job that allows a solid phone person to earn a very good living. This is an Independent Contractor position that pays a base of $10 per appointment plus $50 per deal, and it's not uncommon to get 10 deals per week.
